I am receiving a lot of spam messages what can I do?

There are many ways that spammers harvest and collect email addresses to
build their lists. The traditional mode of address collection involves
spammers obtaining your email address from websites, newsgroups, and chat
rooms that you visited. Some measures you can take to ensure spam free mailbox:
Avoid displaying email address on your website. If you must ,display as graphic or use contact forms and scripts.
Decrease your spam score in the control panel
Do not attempt to unsubscribe your email to unknown maillist/newsgroups, this is just confirming that your email address exist
