What happens to my domain name if I use the 30 day money back guarantee?
Once a domain name is registered for a year, it cannot be unregistered. Because of this if you cancel your account within 30 days and you registered a domain name, we will refund your hosting fees minus $10 the cost for the domain registration.
Your hosting account will be changed to a domain name only. You will then have full control over the name servers for the domain. If you chose to go with another hosting company, you would just enter their name servers into your account manager and your domain name will then point to your new web host.
